Our Team

Adria Velardo

Adria brings over 30 years of bookkeeping experience and a background as a former business owner, providing valuable financial expertise and insights to clients. Passionate about accuracy and efficiency, they help businesses stay financially organized and on track for success. Outside of work, Adria enjoys hiking, being outdoors, traveling, and bird watching. She also is dedicated to giving back to the community through her volunteer work with Soaring Spirits International.

Nancy Ward

Nancy is a skilled accountant and enrolled agent with expertise in serving the construction industry and medical practitioners. With a strong focus on tax planning and financial management, Nancy helps clients optimize their financial strategies and achieve long-term success. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cooking, traveling, and meeting new people. Passionate about staying active, she engages in walking, taekwondo, Pilates, and strength training.

Andrew Javidi

Andrew is an experienced business manager. Having lived in China for seven years and Mexico for two, he brings a global perspective and strong leadership skills to the team. He enjoys bike riding, soccer, horseback riding, and has a black belt in Taekwondo. Most recently with the LA fires he spent mornings before work volunteering with displaced horses.

Riley

Riley, the official mascot of Guidance First Tax & Financial Services. A purebred coonhound, he is known for his unwavering determination and focus – qualities that mirror the dedication the team brings to achieving clients’ goals. Whether he’s on the job or enjoying his downtime, Riley never stops pursuing excellence.

We are located in our office in the heart of Warner Center in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. Our clients span across the United States and we are available to meet by phone or Zoom.
